DESCRIPTION:Pallas-Athena – Paths Beyond Patriarchy\nDecember 21st 2020: Oh what a line up! Oh what a year! What a decade we’re INTO now! \nComing hot on the heels of two eclipses the Summer Solstice is going to be a potent pivot point\, a fulcrum of change\, setting our personal and collective course into this decade of reformation. Much will be made of “The Great Jupiter-Saturn Conjunction” peaking early the next morning and how it rings the bell for the concluding phase of 2+ years of Pluto-Saturn conjunctions ending in February and the beginning of the age of Aquarius. \nThe tensions between Mars\, Saturn and Jupiter often shape the form of our yang dimensions\, our inner masculine\, finding our unique active balancing between Mars’ desire and cut through\, Saturn’s structure and discipline\, and Jupiter’s joyous expansive benevolence. But the real healing revolution of our times is in moving beyond the patriarchal distortions in each of them. Sadly sometimes we need to go deeply into such knotted wounds to bring light to their nature and reveal ways to unwind them. The big events and social shifts of 2019-2020 well example the start of this kind of evolution; where the collective currents have many acutely personal touch points. \nMercury remains closely conjunct the Sun in Capricorn through this eclipse season. Mercury is lit up as a mainline connection to the divine\, in peak “messenger of the Gods” mode. This signals a time for listening\, learning and sharing new knowledge\, insights and intuitions\, a time for scoping out fresh divine visions for earthly plans and how to reliably manifest them. \nBut who or what is the source of the divine inspiration we might follow? Enter Jupiter’s daughter Pallas-Athena. She’s been the sole persistent feminine presence amongst the Saturn/Pluto/Jupiter dance through Capricorn this year. Born of Jupiter’s brow\, a sign of divine creative intelligence\, she’s a wise owl of a warrior\, the patron of cities and organised collectives\, the champion of freedom\, democracy and skilfully fighting for what is righteous: and winning! \nThroughout this year Pallas-Athena has been insistently asking the question: what’s worth fighting for?
