"By now, I have done a few Releasing Workshops with Chris as well as some direct 1:1 work for some very specific personal topics I wished to investigate deeply. This work and process is truly a hidden gem stone. On a psychological level it combines elements from different psychological and therapeutic directions such as CBT, NLP, SE, as well as analytic tools, and works on our deeply hidden belief systems that are unconsciously emotionally embedded and imprinted into our body system by activating and releasing those imprints first, and in a subsequent stage replacing them with more mature and life supporting imprints and beliefs. To me personally this particular process works exceptionally well because by focusing on “past life trauma and karma” my inner defense mechanisms are lowered and this work and concept becomes accessible with less effort, being even more transformative. Chris’ unique way of facilitating brings additional lightness, sweetness and playfulness into the process which I found is lowering my fear level for really letting go and immersing into the process. I also wish to share a word about archetypes here, as this – to me – is the pivot point where it all comes together. The astrological tools used are designed to communicate with those archetypes in us that have likely been most damaged, suppressed, or deformed during our early childhood.
