"I did Dark Goddess Spiral with Chris because I'd received feedback that I was stuck in my 'shakti' expression and sensed its truth (aka some of my softer feelings, some of my body movements/flow, some of my sexual responsiveness, and some of my openhearted vulnerability were somewhat shutdown). Going directly toward dark goddess archetypal energy pronto (in a supported framework), seemed like the most direct route to heal, unfold, and rediscover my sparkling-sweet-and-sour expression. On the other side I have MUCH more freedom to express! I recognise expressions coming through me that I haven't seen since they crept into hiding during my childhood. I am dancing in the street, moving my hips in masturbation, taking up space with joy and glee, and weeping in the arms of those who open to holding me. Old stuck emotions and trauma have moved and flowed through me emotionally and somatically, while I have watched in wonder, holding myself with 'shiva' energy. I have been celebrated in this expression, judged for it, projected onto, resisted, closed to, opened to heartfully, and seen others soften and open so-so-beautifully in their own expression. And the strength of resting-in-expression is such that the positive/negative responses don't matter, don't stop freedom, and all seem perfect in the whole. Even when I've struggled with them, that struggle has been the stuff of EMERGING DARK GODDESS POWER-JUICINESS! Dark Goddess Spiral didn't bring the whole of this through but it was a key step in my process, and a BIG support. I found the space skillfully held by Chris with warm big-hearted love, and spacious presence for-what-is-emerging. I found the growth technologies aka magic, potent.
