"I sought a session with Chris primarily as a way to support Chris' experimentative spiritual leadership, and partially in search of a creative experience of my own. I had been swimming around in a form of "stuckness" (or perhaps, more a sort of boredom from the "plodding along" of every day life), and I thought a day of creative meditative inquiry could do me good. This was a good decision; Chris is extremely skilled at holding space, supporting gentle eye contact, having been influenced by a diverse range of philosophies and modalities in his practice. Chris has seamlessly woven these into an exquisite ritual process and energy work for personal discovery. This significantly shifted me through my stuckness to release me from the cycle of unhelpful, repetitive thoughts.
