I offer psycho-emotional-energetic-somatic-karmic healing, energetic empowerment, and spiritual guidance from deep presence. As a qualified Therapeutic Experiential Astrologer, Spiral Dynamics Consultant and Energetic Healer in multiple lineages, I have become an experienced group meditation and ritual facilitator since Kali-Durga unexpectedly initiated me into service in 2012. I have come to call what I offer Heart Healing: a form of Integral Psychotherapy.

Born in Brisbane Australia I started learning meditation age 10, with a Raja Yogi during ‘drama classes.’ Within 18 months I had a spontaneous Kundalini (re)awakening into Nirvikalpa Samadhi: a defined period of abiding as awareness without any form. A few months later, before my 13th birthday, I received formal meditation initiation from a Bhrama Kumaris Swami. With part of ‘me’ living outside the ‘box’ of manifest reality since that age, I’ve never gotten around to establishing a ‘traditionally’ recommended daily meditation schedule. I do, however, meditate all the time.

A few key questions have been guiding lights in my life – continually being asked and answered afresh: What is this? Who am I? What do I want? What is needed? In seeking and finding answers to these questions, I’ve adventured on a journey of self and life discovery through the study of spirituality, psychology, physiology, sociology and more.

Along the way, I’ve gotten the most value from encountering the following people, practices and paths:

• Devotional NonDuality as Trika Shaivism generally (meaning, philosophically, for me: Nondual Tantric Trika Kaula Shaktism) through personal connection with exemplars such as David Spero (since 2010), Mata Amritanandamayi (Amma) (since 2016), Siddha Yoga (taking Bhagawan Nityananda as my root guru, and graced by many in his lineage, attending at least one Śaktipāt ‘meditation intensive’ each year 1993-2019), and Saniel Bonder and Linda Groves-Bonder’s Human Sun HEART Work (mentored by Saniel et al 2002-2020).
• Process-Experiential Emotionally-Focused Therapy (PE-EFT) and related approaches such as Eugene Gendlin’s Focusing, Peter Levine’s Somatic Experiencing, Amy & Arnold Mindell’s Process Oriented Psychology, The NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), and Daniel Sowelu’s integrative Theraputic Experiential Astrology (mentored by Daniel 2013-2022).
• Integral Spirituality and Psychological Theories via Ken Wilber (AQAL), Clare W. Graves (qualified consultant Spiral Dynamics I&II), Jean Gebser, Kazimierz Dabrowski, and Human Design.
• VortexHealing® – Divine Energy Healing/Therapy which has brought the awakening and healing gifts of many of the above into stable embodied fruition: much of which I can directly pass on to others.

Until 2012 I had a mainstream career as a strategy consultant, futurist and director of multiple startups, all roles heavily technology and communications focused. A series of personal transformations culminated that year leading to private passions becoming the professional offerings of this website. Doing largely energetic work that adapts to the prevailing astro-weather means a dynamic schedule, so to complement this I’ve maintained a stream of offerings as a Business & Technology > ​Adviser, Coach, & Consultant to Solo & Small Business who are mostly like my own: fostering conscious embodiment. I’m continuing to train in the VortexHealing lineage (currently at Manifesting Intention level, with Quantum Gate, Angelic Heart 5, and EarthWorks 3) and meditate with Amma, Mother Meera (starting in 2013), David Spero, and every bit of nature I can walk into or otherwise behold. I’m constantly reminded that working with embodying divine states, deities, archetypes, energies, and consciousness, is an infinitely deepening process. How wild and wonderful!
