Heart Healing For A Better Tomorrow

What if you could rest and recieve healing directly from the Divine? Inviting in the gentlest most transformative grace immaginable, for any aspect of your being – physical, emotional, energetic, mental, spiritual, and even your home, relationships, work and projects in life? Well you don’t need to believe this is possible, you can simply open to the mystery that is here for you, willing to bless you, as a part of ItSelf, from a place of infinite compassion and love. 

My primary modality for Energy Meditations is VortexHealing® – Divine Energy Therapy.

I currently practice from its Manifesting Intention level, with Angelic Heart 5, EarthWorks 3, Quantum Gate and many other healing tools this lineage makes avaliable (you can read more about its various healing tools here). Starting in July 2019, as of May 2026 I had completed over 570 days of VortexHealing classes, and over 12,500 hours of channeling for clients, myself, and with practitioner practice groups. I continue to deepen in this lineage, and find it the single most direct, profound, powerful and gentle modality for healing and awakening I’ve ever encountered. It’s pure transformational magic of the deepest kind imaginable!

Sometimes, however, more comes through my Energy Meditations, due to my work with deities, archetypes, shamanic processing, and other energetic healing modalities I’ve been initiated in to. My energetic healing capacities emerged unbidden following a kundalini (re)awakening as a ~12 year old that opened me into a peak state of abiding as empty awareness. Since then I’ve trained in several spiritual traditions and many subtle energy modalities.

I don’t usually offer any of these as services, but all these modalities and initiations/activations inform my work, and their gifts are integrated into how I help people. I also don’t teach or usually intentionally initiate others into any of these approaches, but I have found them to be engaging and rewarding during certain phases of my own journey. And sometimes other’s (un)consciously draw initiations through my system into theirs, and sometimes their past-life-generated energetic healing and psychic sensing capabilities spontaneously get re-activated. Magic Happens!

I first received the Rei-ki level 1 attunement in 1996, and level 2 in 1997, from Kevin Duff of the Usui Rei-ki Network and eventually became a Reiju and Rei-ki Master (level 3, Shippuden) via multiple channels. I received Pellowah 1&2 from Louise Senior in January 2019. I’ve also received instruction in and practiced working with Reconnective Healing, Body Harmony, Quantum Dynamics processing, the Orion Theta Healing technique, the Emotional Freedom Technique (and other Emotional Integration Tools that I still use) that can engage the energy system, the 12 Munay-Ki Rites, shamanic bodywork, neo-tantric bodywork, and many other subtle energy modalities I can’t recall or find an online link for!

Please note that Embodied Astrology, which I do currently offer sessions in, is a Kundalini-Chiti-Shakti activating practice, and combined with 3+ decades of tantric practice in various Kashmir Shavism related lineages, the awakened energetics involved and anchored in connection to various meditation masters, deities, and avatars can at times – when divinely aligned – also flow into my sessions with people.

It’s also important to know that you don’t need to know about any of these things, believe in any of this, or even actually feel any energy during an Energy Meditation! The invitation is to simply be open and curious during the engagement, and moreso afterwards, in the days and weeks following: do you notice any shifts? Is there even a fraction of a 1% change in feeling more at ease, grounded, open, spacious, present, calm, understanding, insightful, heartful, hopeful, and the like? It’s these kinds of shifts that I invite you to look for, that while small in one sense, are huge in how they change the trajectory of your life for the better.

Finally, I usually work remotely, and even when in person, nearly always without physical contact. However some specific healing tools from VortexHealing and other modalities only work, or best work, when there is gentle touch between us to help bridge the energies, presence, and process support into your system most directly. I only engage with touch based Energy Meditations and Shamanic Clearings with pre-existing clients where trust, boundaries, and clear communications are comfortably established, and with pre-engagement consensual agreement on every ocassion.
