Well, instead of reading off your chart, Chris puts you in a space with pictures of the constellations spaced around you so that you are effectively inside your own chart. He asked me to go around the wheel and to name my body, emotion and mental responses to each of the cards, just from the pictures I saw. I feel so much more connected, safe and peaceful after doing this session.
