Clearing Your Kundalini Channel & Strengthen Your Energy System

Known by different names across many cultures, the Kundalini is one of our core energies of life. Rising from the base up the spine it feeds vitality to our embodiment, our nervous system in particular, through our Chakra centres and Nadi pathways – altogether, the Kundalini System.

When the Kundalini System has blocks to, breaks in or bypasses for energy flow it can cause all manner of disturbances from minor twitches to major illnesses. When the main Kundalini channels are clear and connected, energy can rise gently and organically, nourishing physical health, supporting nervous system relaxation, and increasing energetic capacity that can be used to unfold our spiritual potentials, or simply live a happier life!

In this series we will use subtle energy healing that invites the divine to clear the primary Kundalini channels (Sushumna, Ida and Pingala Nadis) along with delivering a lot of support and upgrades to the Nadi pathways, Chakra system and energy bodies to best integrate the healing and empowerment involved.

Each session will start with a drop into ritual space, a short guided meditation, the main subtle energy healing where you can sit or lay down to receive, gentle chi-gung style movement for integration and a sharing circle to conclude.

We will not use force or aggressive practices. Instead the process will ground, deepen and smooth out the flow of Kundalini guided by the divine intelligence at the core of your being.

The healing is offered without requirement of any belief, without need for enrolment in ongoing programs, and without any hooks, attachments or obligations. Coming from a divine source this healing will only occur in a manner and to a depth that is aligned to your highest good and greatest joy, and in supportive relationship to any existing practice or lineage participation you have.

This series is best suited to yogis, healers and energetic explorers who have experience working with their subtle energies, perhaps Kundalini directly, and are already comfortable with the kinds of processing symptoms, altered states and embodiment shifts that can occur. LOGISTICS

DATES & TIMES

The sessions will run across 9 weeks at 6:45pm-9pm Tuesdays on April 13th, 20th, 27th & May 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th & June 1st & 8th.

INTRODUCTION SESSION

The Tuesday 13th April session will function like an introduction/initiation session to experience the style of the process, and will be focused on deeply nourishing your energy system. It is considered an essential part of the full series, and is included in the series cost, for paid-up-participants. For people who want to try it before committing, it is a once off cost of $50, and then the full series price needs to be paid to continue.

LOCATION

The series will be held in person at Room 2, The Green Room, Dance of Life Centre of Yoga and Healing, 250 George Street, Fitzroy (in the amenities building on the grounds of St Marks Church, through the bright red door next to the church, up the stairs and through the green door at the end of the hallway).

REFUND POLICY

No refunds unless the event is cancelled, or you cancel within a week of the series start, or the dates change after you register and you can no longer make it. You can pass your ticket to another person before the first session, but not after.

MISSED SESSONS

If you miss a session you need to complete a 1on1 catchup via Zoom before the next week’s group session, at a cost of $75. You can only do this twice. If you miss three or more sessions, or cannot complete the series for any reason, you can convert your booking to a 1on1 delivery paying the difference to meet the full 1on1 price of $1200.

Chris Stewart is a Heart Coach facilitating energetic healing, embodied awakenings and conscious relating. He is a qualified Therapeutic Experiential Astrologer, and Spiral Dynamics Values Consultant, with a Bachelor of Psychology & Communications and Master’s of Science in Strategic Foresight. BEN MARON

Ben Maron is a teacher/guide, potent ritual facilitator, healer and coach.
