Energetic Support For Post Viral / Long Covid Recovery

From subtle to severe many of us have some of the symptoms of long covid, and other post viral syndromes, like a lingering cough, regular brain fog, shortness of breath, tiredness, heart pains and palpitations, and may be finding we’re more susceptible to every little thing going round. For some there’s still some loss of smell or taste.

After two back-to-back bouts of covid last year I found energetic healing incredibly useful in addressing the persistent symptoms that were dragging me many weeks after the ‘main’ symptoms completed. I tried a heap of different things, and in this series will offer what I found to be useful. We’ll specifically be addressing supporting your system to reduce inflammation, clear micro-clots and amyloid clumps, drain the lymphatic system, rejuvenate the immune system, and repair our energy producing mitochondria.

While there’s no guarantees, it can only help to receive energetic nourishment to support your system work the recovery, while also getting a scheduled quality rest/meditation time (the mainstream health care’s number one advisory 🙂 ). Many people report feeling held and drawn into meditation during these sessions, often finding it easier to go deeper and sustain it than their previous experiences of meditation.

All sessions are 7pm-8:30pm AEDT:

It is $100 for the series, with a maximum of 6 people, so the healings are as deep as possible.

Doing all of the sessions is recommended as they will build on each other and go deeper in your system, and hence the flat price – even if you can’t make all of the sessions.

To receive you just relax, meditate or medi-nap while sitting or laying down. Being at home, I understand you may need to briefly wrangle the kids or interact with partners etc 😉 You just need to keep part of you visible on Zoom throughout and be as inward focused as possible – thank you 🙏
