Nourishing Your Nervous System is for anyone recovering post covid and other post viral conditions or illnesses, or who find themselves frequently stressed and tense, or those just wanting to feel better in their bodies!
Our ability to sense into, feel and comprehend, and then effectively respond to life’s conditions all depends on our brain and nervous system. If it’s maladapted, or still in distress from past events and illnesses, or filtered through toxic influence, then how we experience and engage with life is out of sync, creating even more challenges for us to deal with.
This series will work with the energetic and consciousness aspects of your body to stimulate the cleaning and adequate support of your brain and nervous system. It will work directly on these dimensions of your brain and nervous system promoting their improved functioning and optimal state of calibration. It aims to stimulate detoxification, resolution of traumas stored in the nervous system, and improve biomagnetic and bioelectrical functioning.
You don’t need to understand or believe in energetic healing, just be open to resting and receiving… and in the days and weeks after, noticing what shifts in your experience.
Doing this work for myself has resulted in a profound shift into feeling more at home in my body, more relaxed and perceptive in general, able to more easily regulate my nervous system, a reduced sensitivity to EMFs, and slightly improved mental functioning like memory recall and clarity of thinking.
Offered as a series of 4 x 1.5 hour sessions, they will be delivered via Zoom at 7:30pm-9pm AEST on September: Wednesday 6th, Thursday 7th, Wednesday 13th, & Thursday 14th. That’s 9:30pm-11pm Auckland, 5:30pm-7pm Singapore, and 11:30am-1pm Amsterdam on the same dates.
Doing all of the sessions is requested as they build on each other and go deeper in your system – even if you can’t make each of the sessions, I will be doing remote work for you (just the effectiveness will be reduced).

To receive you just relax, meditate or medi-nap while sitting or laying down. Being at home, I understand you may need to briefly wrangle kids, pets, partners, or take a bio break. I just ask you keep part of you visible on Zoom throughout whenever possible and be as inward focused as possible. If you need to be without video or offline for a session, please let me know beforehand so I can prepare adequately. Thank you.
