In these sessions, you simply connect via zoom and then rest and receive.

You’ll be offered some meditation options, but you can do any yin style relaxing meditation, or simply rest, or heck, take a “medi-nap” ;)

During this healing your system will first be resourced, and then work will begin to remove some layers of whatever is most unconsciously blocking your deeper self love, and the session will end with integrating these shifts through your whole being.

For me this work has felt like getting an A-grade psychotherapist to talk to my unconscious for an hour each week for a year, all while I got to rest in silence :)

You don’t need to understand or believe in energetic healing, just choose to be open and invite auspicious benefits.

Then in the days and weeks after, notice what shifts in your experience: things like feeling even a fraction more kind to yourself, maybe understanding and compassionate, or relaxed and more at ease in yourself, perhaps new insights might emerge, new ways of thinking and reflecting on your journey, or more comfort in how you show up in the world and in your relationships.

> We’ll be gathering via Zoom, and I ask you to remain visible throughout. The Zoom link for participating will be emailed to you after you register.

> To get the most benefit you’ll want to be in a quiet space where you can sit or lay down undisturbed, and can remain inward receptive state.

> These sessions have limited numbers of participants, and some preparation work for me to do, so please note registration closes an hour and a half before the session starts.
