In each session we’ll use multiple modalities to evoke positive transformation in your being and life. I’ll weave together Emotional Clearing, Karmic Releasing, and Energy Channelling into a dynamic meditation that’s simple enough for anyone to engage with: no previous experience required.

This process is the same as the one used in The Super Spiral, except in each of its’ 8 sessions we’ll address three different themes… such as shame, guilt, and dogma in the first week, fear, grief and paralysed will in the second, pride, anger, desire in the third and so on. Once you’ve experienced the process, you’ll have a taste for what’s involved and the value it can bring you.

In this session we’re Transforming Betrayal – Betrayal can make it incredibly hard to trust again, to open to others, and to get back into the fullness of relationships, cutting us off from so much of the best parts of life. If you’ve ever had your trust broken by another, with your heart hurt by a lover, family or business connection, then this session will help sooth that wound and reduce its negative impacts in your system.
