Sitting In Presence

From time immemorial seekers of the truth, lovers of aliveness, explorers of the Mystery of Life have sat together and connected and contemplated their experience and shared it together. Often known as Satsang, to meet or associate with the truth, it is at once the simplest of practices and also the most diverse.

These sittings are offered in a tantric context of devotional nonduality: focusing on Embodying Presence.

Here the emphasis is on our personal embodied experience and how it is lived with, and informed through, relating with others. The sittings will include practices like guided meditation, silent meditation, eye gazing meditation and group inquiry processes and dialogs.

While the focus is on Embodying Presence, all of human experience may be contemplated and discussed.

These sittings are a co-created occasion, with a spontaneous agenda, offered on a donation basis for the venue and facilitation provided.

All lovers of meditation are welcome.

All those longing for more presence in themselves and their lives are warmly welcomed.

VENUE

The Venue is the GREEN ROOM at Dance of Life 250 George St Fitzroy. Enter the St Marks Church grounds, walk to the church, turn right to face the bright red door to the community services building, enter and walk up the stairs and continue to the end of the corridor, the bright Green Door is the entrance to the Green Room.
