Extraordinary times invite the extraordinary in you to emerge and shine. Come and journey the energies of this rare triple eclipse season, on the night of the Full Blood Moon, a Total Lunar Eclipse, the longest eclipse for the entire 21st Century, and harness the potent supports available for manifesting your gifts of change into the world.
Birthing our offerings, especially ones aimed at achieving positive change in the collective, is a hero’s and heroin’s journey. It takes time. It requires learning. It demands refinement. This year’s eclipse seasons are working together to help us establish better foundations for how we show up and act for change in the world.
During this challenging self-reflective retrograde season (between June 26th and August 27th Jupiter, Saturn, Pluto, Mars, Neptune, Uranus, and Mercury all retrograde at times) there is a rare alignment of three eclipses in one moon cycle infusing a potent arc of transformational support. They’re bringing up the clues and issues we need to look at… and if we lean into this process, fast change onto firmer footing is possible. It starts with a Partial Solar Eclipse on the new moon of July 13th, visible during the day here in Melbourne, peaks with a Total Lunar eclipse during the early hours of July 28th and concludes with another Partial Solar Eclipse on August 11th.
The Jan 31st Super Blue Blood Total Lunar eclipse occurred in Leo conjunct the North Node of fate… and this July 27th/28th Total Lunar Eclipse flips the situation with the Sun in Leo conjunct the North Node suggesting the seeds planted in January are wanting to break their shell, be seen and really shine, but there’s work to do!
The Full Moon is being eclipsed in humanitarian Aquarius conjunct with the South Node of past karmas and its travelling companion of many months, Mars, our inner war lord of action. Fixed ideas about how we fight for what’s right, no matter how good they worked in the past, and the people we’re willing to follow into battle, no matter their past achievements, might need to be reviewed if the unique fully shinning Leo Sun potential within us is to manifest in your life. Pallas-Athena the feminine warrior, and Rudra the wild dark warrior face of Shiva, are both conjunct the Sun in Leo… suggesting a whole new way of achieving things in the world is wanting to be born and it requires a new integration between the masculine and feminine warrior wisdoms.
To underscore this point, and putting us into the tensions of multiple layers of renegotiation of the yin/yang balance within, the eclipse Sun and Moon opposition lands in a massive grand cross pile up with Jupiter, Yeshua, Shiva and Psyche in power and depth focused Scorpio grinding through a direct opposition to their marriage partners of Juno, Magdalene, Parvati and Eros respectively all in grounding sensible Taurus. YIKES! So much of our inner balance between Masculine and Feminine, our Yin and Yang, or Solar and Lunar selves is being put into a fire of refinement! The universe is demanding a review of our inner marriage and the way it informs how we act for change in the world.
